In order to fulfil our safeguarding responsibility effectively, we adhere to the following Safer Recruitment Procedures;
- All staff are vetted and recruited through professionals trained and accredited in Safer Recruitment
- Applicants undergo identity checks and references
- Enhanced DBS check
- Standalone children’s barred list
- Prohibition from teaching check
- Checks on applicants who have lived or worked outside of the UK
- Where appropriate, Section 128 for those staff applying for management positions.
