We have had some new visitors in nursery.. 5 Caterpillars! We have spent the week learning all about the caterpillar/ butterfly lifecycle. This week the Caterpillars have grown and they are just starting to hang from the lid, busy making each chrysalis. After reading The Very Hungry Caterpillars story we are looking forward to seeing them squeeze out and emerge as beautiful butterflies. We have also explored repeated patterns to create duplo caterpillars.
