Year 3 started their D.T. Project today, Moving Monsters. We started the project off by investigating air and how it can be used to give an object purpose. We worked together to identify and describe how the air works in a party blower and then had a go at making our own paper whistles. Now we know what air can do we are looking forward to using it to make some terrifying moving monsters eek!

Year 3 explored tempo, yesterday, in music. We moved like the hare and tortoise to show the different speeds of tempo and then used our skills in music composition to create music to fit with the tempo of a song. We realised that it want quite so easy to make it fit but we used our resilient muscle to keep trying. #dcpslizards #dcpsmusic
